My husband and I took our grandson, Judah, to Casey's class when we were visiting from California.
We loved taking him to her class. She was such a warm, loving and enthusiastic teacher.
We send our condolences to her family and want them to know that Casey left her mark in this world.

My heart goes out to Rasheed. I met Casey last year through Gymboree, even though we only had a couple of classes with her before we quit, my son Chase LOVED her, Then a few months ago we met again through Cub Scouts. I wish we had time to become friends! In the short time that I got to know you, I knew you were a great woman and mother. We are going to miss seeing you at the Cub Scout meetings. We were fortunate to have met Ms. Casey several times in various Gymboree classes. Her spirit will live on in the many children she has touched during her time at Gymboree. Her passion for life and love were quite obvious in all who were fortunate enough to have met and known her. God bless you, Casey. God bless your sweet son and family in this most difficult time.

i knew Casey from island creek school. my daughter and rasheed were classmates. we always has nice conversation in spanish and i always ask her to take rasheed to my child dance school because he is so good in break dance. i want him to be her partner we made those plans that one day will happen well now are pending. we will miss you. and we will pray for your family.

Im so sad to hear of Miss Casey's passing. My children have taken classes with Miss Casey for 4 years now. What a lively, kind wonderful woman. This is such a tragedy. How this world will miss you and I hope there is peace for your family.

Casey was an amazing person. Over the last 6 years of having classes at Gymboree, I never saw Casey have anything but a huge smile on her face. Even on the day she was in a fender-bender in the parking lot, she rushed in and jumped right into having fun with the kids. She was kind, fun, loving, and honest with children. Both of my kids absolutely LOVED Miss Casey and would request to be in whatever class she was teaching. She was one of a kind and will be sorely missed. We pray for her husband, son, and family. What a difficult time this will be. Trust that God will be with you and that Casey has found her place in Heaven.

We are so sad to hear of Ms. Casey's passing. She was such a wonderful, energetic and positive force in this world and she will be sorely missed.
She was always so warm and caring we would switch our classes just to have her as our teacher. She always had a smile on her face and a funny comment to the parents. I loved how she would say "and moms don't forget, you have to pretend with your kids. They won't believe it if you don't". She was such a great teacher and person.
It is with her passing that we are reminded of how unpredictable life can be and how important it is to be mindful of that fact.
